Description: There are four basic personality styles and everyone should respect and understand their unique strengths and features. Leaders can help set people up for success and establish positive attitudes in all by customizing communications for each style. Common workplace personality conflicts are eliminated by better understanding. Bonus- all participants will take a short personality assessment during the session.to determine their style.
