Description: This session will provide information regarding the mandated reporter’s role and responsibility within MN’s adult protection system, as defined by the Vulnerable Adult Act (MN§626.557), as well as tips for making effective adult maltreatment reports. We will outline the role of the MAARC, and identify how mandated reporters and MAARC help serve vulnerable adults within MN’s adult protection system
